Designed as a safety mechanism, the hi limit switch (aka snap switch) will shut off the burner to prevent the water from overheating and possibly flashing to steam. Rated for use up to 340 Degrees F.

  •  1/2″ MPT external thread connects for attaching conduit or PVC wire connectors
  • UL / CSA Rated, Bi-metal Switch Components
  • Does not turn back on until water has cooled 50 – 7oF
  • Heavy-Duty Brass Housing – 7000 PSI Collapse Rating
  • Normally used with other adjustable or fixed range thermostat which regulates water temperature
  • Operates as safety device to shut off burn to prevent machine (water) overheating flashing to steam

Easter Observance
