Inlet check valves and discharge check valves found within a Hotsy pump manifold assist the pump in creating high pressure. They can sometimes become damaged by foreign debris that is flushed through the water source, such as small pebbles or sand. We highly recommend replacement of Hotsy pump valves whenever replacing any Hotsy pump seals.
This pressure washer pump valve repair kit includes one pump check valve with o-ring and one pump manifold bolt o-ring.
The following pumps require four (4) kits to rebuild pumps: HC165, HC165R, HC168R. All other compatible models require six (6) kits to rebuild pumps.
