A Common replacement part on Landa, Hotsy, Karcher, Shark and other brands of hot water pressure washers, these 8.717-773.0 Oil Burner Electrodes are sold in a pair. Electrodes provide a predetermined gap for the spark produced by the transformer / igniter. Correct adjustment and gap settings are required to provide a clean burn. A broken or cracked porcelain can allow voltage to pass through the crack to ground before reaching the electrode tip. Worn electrode tips can interfere with a good spark.
